Automobilia Collectors Expo 2026 Announces Monterey Motorshow & Forum
Automobilia Collectors Expo 2026 Expands Into a Multi-Experience Destination to Kick Off Monterey Car Week
Monterey, California — The Automobilia Collectors Expo 2026 returns this August with an expanded vision—introducing the Monterey Motorshow and the ACE Forum alongside its signature expo and live automobilia auction to create a cohesive, immersive destination at the very start of Monterey Car Week.
Taking place Monday through Wednesday, August 10–12, 2026, the event brings together collectors, enthusiasts, exhibitors, and industry professionals in a refined environment designed to engage a wide range of automotive interests.
From rare vintage posters, enamel signs, books, collectibles, automotive art, and classic car parts and accessories inside the expo, to a gallery-style outdoor presentation of exceptional vehicles, to engaging conversations with respected voices in the industry, the event offers multiple entry points without compromising its identity.
Refining the Outdoor Experience: Introducing the Monterey Motorshow
For 2026, the Monterey Motorshow represents a natural refinement of the event’s outdoor experience—transforming what was previously a more informal “pit stop” environment into a curated, structured showcase.
In prior editions, the outdoor space organically attracted vehicles, pop-up displays, and automotive enthusiasts gathering around the event. The 2026 evolution formalizes that energy into a cohesive experience, designed with intention, presentation, and flow in mind.
“We’ve always had activity happening outside—from car clubs to pop-ups and spontaneous displays,” said Will Elkadi, Event Director & Co-Founder of the Automobilia Collectors Expo.
“The Motorshow is about refining that into something more structured and elevated—while maintaining the energy and accessibility that made it special.”
The Monterey Motorshow introduces a curated outdoor setting where select vehicles, brand activations, and automotive lifestyle elements are thoughtfully presented as part of the overall experience.
Importantly, the Motorshow also expands opportunities for exhibitors.
It creates a flexible platform for those who may not traditionally exhibit indoors, while also allowing existing exhibitors to extend their presence outdoors—offering a hybrid approach that blends indoor exhibition with outdoor engagement.
“This gives exhibitors more ways to participate and connect,” said Ben Horton, Co-Founder of the Automobilia Collectors Expo.
“Some concepts simply come to life better outdoors, and this allows us to support that while keeping everything integrated into one cohesive environment.”
Rather than focusing on scale, the Motorshow emphasizes curation, accessibility, and experience—complementing the indoor expo while adding a new dimension to how attendees engage with the event.
The ACE Forum: Insight, Perspective, and Conversation
The ACE Forum introduces a series of structured sessions featuring voices from across the automotive and collector communities. Topics will explore collecting trends, market insights, automotive history, and the cultural significance of automobilia—creating opportunities for attendees to engage beyond the transactional side of the hobby.
The Forum takes place during the opening day of the event, with sessions designed to encourage meaningful dialogue and audience interaction.
“Our focus has been on building something balanced and deliberately composed,” said Will Elkadi, Event Director & Co-Founder of the Automobilia Collectors Expo.
“Each element—the expo, the vehicles, the auction, and the forum—adds to the overall experience without competing with one another.”
Anchored by the Expo and Live Automobilia Auction
The event’s foundation remains its core experiences: a carefully assembled Automobilia Collectors Expo featuring exhibitors from across the U.S. and internationally, and a Live Automobilia Auction on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, showcasing rare and collectible automobilia to an engaged audience.
