Indoor and outdoor positions across all three days
Registration & Guest Check-In
Welcome attendees, assist at check-in, and help guests navigate the event from the moment they arrive.
Exhibitor Assistance
Support exhibitors with setup, booth management, and general assistance throughout the expo floor.
Motorshow Crew Outdoor
Assist with the outdoor Monterey Motorshow vehicle showcase — directing guests, supporting vehicle displays, and managing the outdoor experience.
Auction Support
Help facilitate auction logistics during the live automobilia auction — Tuesday evening, 4–8 PM.
ACE Forum Support
Assist with the ACE Forum on Monday — helping with speaker coordination, seating, and guest experience during sessions.
Event Guides & Information
Serve as a friendly face at the information desk — answering guest questions and helping people find their way around the event.
Setup & Breakdown Crew
Help with event setup before doors open and teardown after close — essential to making everything run smoothly.
Media & Social Team
Capture event highlights, create content, and help bring the ACE experience to our social media audience in real time.

Tuesday, August 11
9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (includes live auction)
Wednesday, August 12
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Requirements
What we ask of our volunteers
? Minimum one 4-hour shift commitment
? Must be 18 years of age or older
? Professional, friendly, and enthusiastic approach
? Attend a brief pre-event orientation session
