What Can I Display or Sell at the Expo?

Exhibitors can display or sell a wide range of automotive memorabilia, including but not limited to vintage posters, photographs, rally plates, badges, pins, hood ornaments, signs, original art, scale models, literature, books, signed items, vintage and racing apparel, and postcards. If it celebrates automotive heritage, it's welcome at our expo.

Have the Exhibitor Fees Changed from Last Year?

No, we've decided to maintain the same pricing as last year's Automobilia Monterey fees. Our goal is to provide a valuable and accessible platform for exhibitors to showcase their offerings without increasing the financial burden. We believe in fostering a supportive community for both new and returning exhibitors, ensuring that the Automobilia Collectors Expo remains a premier event for showcasing vintage automotive treasures.

As of 2024, we are pleased to announce that online payments will now be available for US-based exhibitors, a convenience previously extended only to international exhibitors, subject to a 4% online payment convenience fee. Additionally, ACH/EDT and Check payments remain available options, ensuring a variety of payment methods to suit your needs. This update is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the exhibitor experience and simplify the participation process.

What are the Booth Locations/Options and Fees?

Corner Display (Limited to 4 - SOLD OUT): $1,950 for the entire 3-day event. This option provides more than double the Vendor Display space, ensuring maximum visibility and attendee engagement.

Vendor Display: $975 for the entire 3-day event. This space is 12' wide x 10' deep, complete with 3 tables with covers and chairs, and is positioned on the perimeter of the ballroom for great exposure.

Table Top: $580 for the entire 3-day event. This option offers 8' wide x 7' deep setup, with two 30'' x 72'' tables with covers, chairs, and an 8' x 4' poster board in the back, perfect for smaller displays or those with focused offerings.

Entrance Exhibitor (Limited to 3): $2,065 for the entire 3-day event or $750/day. This exclusive option includes one table with cover and chairs in a prime, heavy-traffic entrance area, offering optimal visibility right as attendees enter.

Optional special display cabinets, etc., will be available for rental. The entire area is well-illuminated.

How is Space Placement Determined?

Exhibitors and vendors from the previous year are given priority to select their preferred space, ensuring continuity and convenience. New exhibitors will be allocated space based on availability, with an emphasis on creating a diverse and engaging expo floor.

Are Exhibitors Required to be Present for the Entire Duration of the Expo?

Yes, exhibitors are expected to be present for the full three days of the expo to ensure that attendees have the best experience and to maximize your opportunities for engagement, sales, and networking.

What is the Current Floor Plan?

The current floor plan is designed to optimize flow and visibility for all exhibitors. Given the dynamic nature of event planning, the floor plan is subject to change based on the final number of exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors.
